We cut ΔE2000 P95 from 3.2 to 1.2 on NFC-capable food labels in 10 weeks (N=84 SKUs) using a ninja transfer workflow with magnetic and conductive inks, driving false rejects 0.9%→0.3% @ 185–190 °C / 0.9 s dwell / 120 m/min via SMED parallel tasks, recipe locks, and airflow re-zoning; anchored by G7 Colorspace cert# G7C-2024-1173 and EU 2023/2006 §5 records.
